7 Best Free Invoice Generators 2025 (For Freelancers & Small Business)

If you run an independent business or are a freelancer, you know how challenging it is to send invoices on time to every client. Between daily tasks, you also need to calculate charges, add taxes, track payments, and follow up with clients who delay payments—it can take hours! With an invoice generator app, you can save a huge amount of time and effort. These online tools create invoices in seconds and let you automate almost everything. From expense tracking and sales records to adding payment links and recurring bills, everything gets done through one app. But not all free invoice generators are worth your trust. That’s why I’ve personally tested and compiled a list of the 7 Best Free Invoice Generators for 2025. Let’s explore the tools I recommend. What is an invoice generator app? An invoice generator app is a web-based or mobile-based software that allows you to create, customize, and send invoices with ease. These apps come with ready-to-use templates and automated features for payment management, expense tracking, item listing, client detail management, and more. Most apps also offer recurring billing options, so you don’t have to recreate invoices every week or month. You can even schedule automated payment reminders via email or SMS. Plus, some free invoice maker apps can convert invoices into other documents like shipping labels, delivery Challans, e-way bills, purchase orders, and more. Best Free Invoice Generator (Comparison Table) Invoice Generator App Ease of Use Free Plan Invoice Number User Limit Multi-Currency Support Recurring Billing Best for Zoho Books (linked to Wave) Pro 1000 invoices yearly 2 Yes Yes Advanced Features Swipe Intermediate to Pro Unlimited 1 Yes No Indian SMEs requiring GST Compliance Zoho Invoice Beginners 500 yearly 2 Yes Yes Easy-to-use Software Refrens Beginners 15 invoices yearly 2 Yes No Quick Setup Bookipi Beginners 3 invoices per month Limited Yes Yes Mobile Users Hiveage Beginners to Intermediate Unlimited 5 Limited No Time Tracking Invoice Ninja Beginners to Intermediate Unlimited 5 Yes Yes Payment Flexibility Best Free Invoice Generator App for 2025 1. Zoho Books (Linked with Wave) – Best Overall for Advanced Accounting Needs Wave is a popular advanced accounting software worldwide. Unfortunately, it is not accessible in India and is restricted to users in the US and Canada. To serve Indian users, Wave has partnered with Zoho. You can access Zoho Books with a 30-day free trial when signing up through Wave. Zoho Books is extremely useful for professionals who need advanced accounting features and GST filing and return help for free. Setting up Zoho Books is a little complex and comes with a learning curve. During setup, the app asks for detailed information about your organization, such as address, GST number (if applicable), legal name, and contact information. Under the Sales section, you’ll find invoice options. The dashboard looks similar to Zoho Invoice but comes with additional advanced features. For example, there’s a TDS option with preset buttons aligned to Indian taxation policies. When I selected the 10% professional fee, the app automatically calculated the estimates. You can also add salesperson details, invoice subjects, configure payment gateways, and more. When your invoice is ready, send it via email or SMS, and utilize the payment reminder options. Beyond invoicing, Zoho Books offers powerful accounting features such as generating invoice reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, recurring invoice details, and tax documentation. Pricing After the 30-day premium trial, Zoho Books lets you switch to its free plan. This plan allows access for 2 users (one user and one accountant) and supports up to 1,000 invoices per year. It also includes e-way bill generation, 5 scheduled reports, complete GST compliance, and integration with three payment gateways: Stripe, ICICI Eazypay, and Razorpay. Zoho Books offers multiple paid plans—Standard, Professional, Premium, Elite, and Ultimate. The Standard Plan, priced at ₹749/month per organization (billed annually), provides access for 3 users and up to 5,000 invoice generations yearly. Limitations Steeper learning curve for users new to the Zoho ecosystem Best for Indian SMEs, startups, solopreneurs, and freelancers, looking for powerful, GST-compliant accounting software. 2) Swipe – Best for Indian SMEs requiring GST Compliance  Swipe is our runner-up in the 7 best free invoicing and accounting software because it comes with a few limitations. The app is already trusted by 20,00,000+ Indian business owners and is also available in the UAE, Qatar, and Oman. The best thing is that Swipe is designed with Indian tax reporting requirements in mind. The interface is slightly more complex than that of Zoho Invoice. On the homepage, you’ll find the “Create Invoice” option. The process is simple; you just need to add customer details, product details (which can be pre-saved), and the app automatically calculates the total. One of its key strengths is its compliance with Indian taxation. For example, when I select TDS, I don’t need to manually search and enter deduction rates. The app automatically shows all applicable sections with correct rates. GST return filing is also available, though only with paid plans. Once your invoice is ready, you can share it via email, WhatsApp, or SMS. You can also convert the invoice into a purchase order, quotation, and delivery challan three times for free. For paid users, Swipe directly integrates with Tally and other accounting software. It supports e-invoice and e-way bill generation through the government portal. Inventory management, vendor listing, and online store management are some other bonus features. Pricing With the free plan, Swipe lets you generate unlimited invoices, purchases, and quotations. You can also manage unlimited customers and vendors, track payments and expenses, and add a custom image or logo for branding on invoices. Swipe offers three paid plans: Pro, JET, RISE, and one customized enterprise plan, BIZ. The pro plan starts from ₹250/month. It includes access for 2 users, GST filing, integration with accounting software, online payment collection, and detailed business insights. Limitations Invoice layouts are too simple, with very limited customization (beyond company logo) Primarily designed for Indian clients, so handling

9 Best Free Plagiarism Checker Tools for 2025 (Students & Writers)

Duplicate content is unacceptable, whether submitting a research paper or publishing website content. Universities can penalize students for plagiarism. Also, professionals may face legal trouble due to copyright infringement. So, what’s the solution? How do you ensure originality? Plagiarism checker tools solve this problem. They automatically detect copied or similar content by crawling vast online databases. Once flagged, you can edit those sections to make your content truly original. The best part? You don’t need to spend a huge amount. There are plenty of free tools that offer features comparable to paid ones. Today, we’ve compiled a list of the Best Free Plagiarism Checker Tools to help you provide authentic content.  Let’s check them out—one by one! What is a Plagiarism Checker?  Plagiarism means copying someone else’s work and presenting it as your own without giving credit. You can copy written text, speeches, artwork, or even code. Plagiarism checker tools help identify such similarities. It allows users to maintain originality. How do online plagiarism checker tools work? These tools use advanced database software that scans your content. Then, it compares your content against web pages, academic papers, and other indexed sources.  The tool crawls and analyzes online content to detect exact matches, partial similarities, and paraphrased material. It then generates a detailed report highlighting matched sections along with percentages. Tools Free Limits File Upload Options Speed Accuracy Best For Copyleaks  No limits DOC, Text, PDF, URL Fast High Scholars and Marketing professionals   SmallSEOTools 1000 words/ search  PDF, DOC, Text, Upload from Drive & Dropbox Depends on the word count High Bloggers and Freelance Writers Duplichecker 1000 words/ search  PDF, Text, DOC, URL, Upload from Drive & Dropbox Depends on the word count High Freelancers and Educators PapersOwl No limits Text  Fast High Students and Researchers  Plagiarism Detector.net 1000 words/ search  Text, PDF, DOC, URL, Upload from Drive & Dropbox Slow Moderate SEO professionals and Content writers   Quetext 500 words/ search Text Fast Moderate Publishers  PrePostSEO  1000 words/ search Text Fast Moderate SEO Teams PaperPal 7000 words/ month PDF, DOC Slow Low Academics and Educators  PaperRater 10 documents/ month DOC, Text, PDF Slow Low Beginner and School students  Testing Parameters To evaluate the best free plagiarism checkers, I selected two test documents. Although each document contains fewer than 150 words, I also tested longer content on each tool to better assess their speed and performance. These test documents were minimally edited using artificial intelligence. The content was copied from Wikipedia and other online sources to simulate realistic plagiarism cases. I considered the following factors during testing: Accuracy in detecting plagiarized content Speed of analysis File upload options and formats supported Availability of AI content detection Free usage limits I excluded tools that only offer free trials, as they are not practical for regular use by students, freelancers, or budget-conscious users. 1) Copyleaks – Best for AI-based Plagiarism Insights   Copyleaks is already well-known among content writers as a reliable AI content detection tool. At the same time, it performs impressively in checking plagiarized content as well. The tool was launched in 2015 by Alon Yamin and Yehonatan Bitton. Copyleaks uses advanced AI to detect plagiarism in code, text, images, and AI-generated content. Once you upload your files, it generates a detailed report with text similarity (matched text) and originality, highlighting the matching results. Plagiarized sections are color-coded, with sources and clickable links. They even provide individual similarity percentages. You’ll also receive content similarity insights categorized as identical match, minor changes, paraphrased, and original text. Pricing Copyleaks’ free version allows unlimited document scans, but it does not display all matching sources and links. To unlock full reports and access advanced features like cross-language plagiarism detection and multiple forms of paraphrasing recognition, you’ll need to subscribe to a paid plan starting at $107.88/year. Downsides Free version does not reveal all matching sources No citation-generation feature Ideal for High-school students needing detailed originality reports Scholars, educators, and marketing professionals seeking a strong AI-powered plagiarism check 2) SmallSEOTools – Best for SEO-focused Analysis  If you don’t want to use the paid version of Copyleaks, a great free alternative is SmallSEOTools by Tausif Akram. This tool entered the market before Copyleaks, in 2010. And it became a favorite among website owners, developers, and content experts as it performs on par with many paid plagiarism checkers. SmallSEOTools scans billions of web pages using its database software. I’ve personally used it for years to get detailed reports on both exact and partial content matches. Unlike Copyleaks, it provides all matched source URLs along with sentence-by-sentence results. You can upload PDFs, Word documents, or even pull files directly from Google Drive or Dropbox. The tool doesn’t store your data, so your content remains secure and protected. It also allows you to exclude specific URLs, give word count statistics (like unique words and average sentence length), and include a citation assistant. Pricing  You can scan up to 1,000 words per document for free, with no limit on the number of documents. The Pro version starts at $4.99/week, allowing scans of up to 10,000 words or 33 pages, and unlocks features like advanced plagiarism detection, multiple file uploads, and multi-layer search capabilities.  Downsides  Can be slow with long-form content CAPTCHA verification fails occasionally Deep web scanning is only available in the paid version Ideal for Bloggers needing SEO-focused tools like keyword research and backlink analysis Freelance writers looking for reliable free plagiarism checks 3) Duplichecker – Best for User-friendly Interface  Duplichecker is another solid alternative to SmallSEOTools, launched in 2006. It offers a range of useful free tools for proofreading and online content editing. Tools like the plagiarism checker, paraphrasing tool, and backlink checker help improve search engine optimization. The plagiarism report is similar to that of SmallSEOTools. It highlights both exact and partial matches using color-coded text. Red highlights show exact matches, while yellow highlights show partially matched content. You’ll also get a brief word stats report, where you can check word count, syllables, read time, and more. Duplichecker supports

They nicknamed this model ‘Nano Banana’. It stands out from other AI models with its precise and consistent AI photo editing capabilities.  It is capable of blending multiple styles, background changes, character consistency, multi-turn edits, and much more. Nano banana is available for free to all users and can be accessed via Google’s Gemini app.  Simply visit the Gemini app. From under the Tools options, select the “Create Images” option and enter your prompt. It will generate an image with the Google Gemini watermark within a few seconds.  11 Best Nano Banana Use Cases Nano Banana has been creating a crazy hype in the AI community! People all over the world have found hundreds of ways to use this tool. Let’s look at the 11 best use cases that will blow your mind!  1) eCommerce Product Carousels Got a product, but find photoshoots too expensive? Nano Banana is your pocket-friendly alternative. Simply upload your product image along with a reference image of what you want. Then, enter a prompt and wait for the magic to happen!  Here are the prompts I used for generating a product carousel for Himalaya face wash.  Prompt 1: Create a photo like the blue bottle photo, but use the face wash pack and replace the ice cubes with orange slices and more green leaves. Keep the background a little natural and light with sunlight streaming in from the side. Prompt 2: Make an Indian woman in casual attire smile and hold this face wash in her hand and show it to the camera. Prompt 3: Create a photo like the white product photo, but use the Himalaya face wash pack and replace all the cucumbers with orange slices. It was able to generate impressive visuals when I used a reference image. Overall, you can definitely create professional shots of your products with minimal iterations with Nano Banana.  2) Social Media Graphics Creating graphics for social media just got easier! Whether it’s a blog banner, an Instagram post, or a YouTube thumbnail, just tell Nano Banana what you want and it’ll generate it for you. All you need to do is upload an image (if relevant) and enter your prompt for the graphic. Here are the prompts for the YouTube giveaway thumbnail I created.  Prompt 1: Replace the banner in this image with a red gift box. Prompt 2: Now transform this into a YouTube thumbnail: the man holds the gift with both hands, showing a shocked expression. Add the word ‘Giveaway’ in large, bold red font on the right side with a glowing outline. Enhance the gift with a bright glow effect, add sparkles and light streaks around it, and use a vibrant background with subtle rays or gradients to create an exciting, high-energy look. If you are a content creator, YouTuber, or a social media enthusiast, this use case will add immense value to your workflow.  3) Professional Headshots Need a professional photo but don’t have a camera setup or the time for a photoshoot? Don’t you worry. Nano Banana can quickly create professional-quality headshots for your LinkedIn profile. Just upload your photo and enter the following prompt.  Prompt: Generate a professional LinkedIn Profile Photo Headshot. I like how it added a realistic smile but didn’t alter anything on my face. The image actually looks very convincing. All LinkedIn users should try it out! 4) Blending Images Together Ever wanted to get a selfie clicked with your favorite celebrity? Or blend two different images into one? No worries. Nano Banana is here! To blend images, you simply need to upload your images and use the following prompt. Prompt: Put these two people together [describe the situation and background]. Example 1: Put these two people together getting a photo clicked during an Indian traditional wedding reception with lighting, food stalls, and chairs in the background. Example 2: Blend the two images so the man interviews the woman in a modern podcast studio. Add microphones, headphones, a laptop, a sound mixer, and warm studio lighting with acoustic panels for a professional podcast vibe. Finally, my desire to get clicked with Modi ji was fulfilled – thanks to Nano Banana! 🙂 It’s interesting to see how precisely it regenerates a character from different angles!  5) Virtual Clothes Try-On Tired of the hassle of shopping mall visits and trial rooms? And online shopping on Amazon or Myntra makes it even harder to know how an outfit will actually look on you. Enter Nano Banana. Now, you can virtually try on clothes from the comfort of your home!  Simply upload your photo along with a picture of the outfit you want to try. It will generate a completely new image of you in your desired outfit.  Here’s the prompt you can use:  Prompt: Create a new image by combining the elements from the provided images. Seedream 4.0 vs Nano Banana: Which AI Tool is Worth Your Time?

Nano Banana has been all over the internet for AI image generation. From quick edits to fun experiments, it became the go-to tool for many creators. But now, a new challenger has entered the arena: Seedream 4.0, and it’s turning heads with its jaw-dropping results.  I tested it myself, and honestly, the outputs left me stunned! If you’ve ever wished for sharper 4K images, realistic outfit try-ons, or even generating celebrity pictures without restrictions, Seedream 4.0 might just be the upgrade you’ve been waiting for. In this article, I’ll walk you through real-world comparisons of Seedream 4.0 vs Nano Banana, covering use cases like style transfers, product visuals, and complex edits. By the end, you’ll know exactly which tool deserves your time. Ready to find the winner? Let’s dive in! What is Seedream 4.0? Seedream 4.0 is the latest image generation and image editing model offered by ByteDance, the parent company of TikTok. Its ultra-fast generation speeds, multiple output generations, and consistent character rendering make it a strong competitor for Google’s Nano Banana.  Nano Banana is integrated into Google’s Gemini app. However, to use Seedream 4.0, you can currently use platforms like Jimeng. Now, let’s look at how these two tools compare in terms of different use cases. Seedream 4.0 vs Nano Banana 1. Output Quality  There is a huge difference in the output quality of both tools. Usually, you may have noticed that Nano Banana produces blurry and low-resolution images.  However, Seedream 4.0 fixes this by producing higher-quality results by default. It also allows you to generate sharp 4K images. Thus, Seedream wins with its high resolution and attention to detail. 2. Celebrity Pictures Google’s Nano Banana refuses to generate images of certain celebrities, public figures, weapons, adult content, or any kind of harmful content. However, these restrictions do not apply to Seedream 4.0.  For popular celebrities and public figures, you don’t even have to upload a reference image. Directly enter their name in your prompt, and it generates highly realistic images within seconds.  Overall, Seedream 4.0 again dominates with its greater creative freedom. However, this feature can be misused for creating deepfakes. So, make sure to use it responsibly. 3. Multiple Images Talking about the number of images, Nano Banana allows you to generate 1 image at a time. So, if you want to generate multiple scenes, you’ll have to prompt it in multiple steps. This takes time and also degrades the quality of images with each generation.  Seedream stands out by allowing you to generate multiple outputs in one go. Whether you want to create multiple scenes, get different perspectives of a character, or convert your subject into different styles, it does everything while maintaining image quality and character consistency. Thus, Seedream clearly aces this round as well. 4. Style Transfer Style transfer is an important aspect of AI image generation and editing. To test out the capabilities of both these tools, I provided them with 2 characters along with a stick figure drawing and asked them to transfer the image styles.  Seedream 4.0 misplaced the hands of the characters. Whereas Nano Banana got confused with the characters and mixed them up. Overall, Seedream 4.0 produced more relevant outputs with higher quality. 5. Product Visuals and Packaging Another popular use case we tested with both tools was product packaging. We provided both the tools with a logo and asked them to generate different products with the logo branding.  Nano Banana produced slightly weaker outputs and missed a few products. The brand logo was not correctly visible on some products. Whereas, Seedream produced neater results with cohesive branding. It covered the full range of product visuals requested in the prompt.  So, for marketing, advertising, or branding-related projects, Seedream is a better choice. 6. Complex Scene Editing Do you know AI can now edit complex scenes as well? Whether you want to place an object in a different setting or remove a character from an image, you can do it all with these tools.  To test it out, I asked both the tools to add a cartoon girl character in a cafe. Let’s look at the results.  Nano Banana kept my character and background consistent, but added a spooky hand behind the book! Whereas, Seedream transformed my character into a cartoon style and also changed the background a bit. For this use case, you can decide the winner as per your requirements. 7. Virtual Outfit Try-On You can now virtually try on outfits by replacing them with just a prompt. To test out this use case, I provided an anime outfit to both the tools, and here’s how it looks on me.  On the surface level, both images look the same. However, Nano Banana’s results were comparatively low quality. It also didn’t display the headband and rings properly. Whereas Seedream’s output was high resolution, and it depicted all the outfit elements correctly. Seedream 4.0 vs Nano Banana – Which One Should You Choose? Now, we come to the main question. Which tool is the best? Which one should you be using? Seedream 4.0 or Nano Banana? Well, it depends on your use case. If you are looking to generate simple images, basic photo edits, social media graphics, etc, Nano Banana would be a good pick. However, for 4k quality images, multiple image generations, celebrity images, and sharper multi-angle shots, Seedream 4.0 is the best. Why Should You Trust Me? I’ve been working full-time in the digital industry since 2015. In these years, I’ve tested hundreds of tools from web hosting and VPNs to AI writers and image editors like Photoshop, Canva, and Pixelied.  My reviews have helped thousands of readers choose the right tools for their business and creative projects. When it comes to AI, I rely on hands-on testing. For this article, I used Nano Banana and Seedream 4.0 and tested them through multiple real-world scenarios.  This practical experience allowed me to share insights that are reliable and honest, not just surface-level opinions. The Fast mode is free, quick, and detailed, and the High Quality mode is for paid users. Academic + Non-Academic Use: The tool is trained to handle complex formulas in science notes. It gave me professional and polished answers for business PDFs. Multilingual Support: I uploaded English lecture notes, but asked for responses in Hindi. The answers are translated accurately. Internxt Review (2025): Is It Really The Most Secure Cloud Storage? (Honest Test)

Disclaimer : I strongly believe in transparency. If you buy using the links on our site, we may earn a small commission without any extra cost to you. This helps me to keep producing honest reviews. Read More >> About Internxt Internxt is an open-source and security-focused cloud storage company. Founded by Fran Villalba Segarra in 2020, Internxt is headquartered in Spain, Europe. It is not part of any intelligence-sharing alliances, making it a secure data storage location. The primary focus of Internxt is on privacy, transparency through their open-source systems, and sustainability through green cloud computing. Internxt Review Video Internxt User Interface The user interface of Internxt looks modern, clean, and easy to use. As you log in, you get a list of your created folders on the main screen. You can create new folders, add files, share them, rename, move, or copy them, etc. From the left panel, you can access backups, the trash folder, the desktop app, shared files, etc. From the top right corner, you can visit the settings, help center, etc. Overall, Internxt offers a friendly UI with minimal features. Internxt Speeds When choosing a cloud storage provider, it is essential to pick one that offers good speeds. To test the speeds of Internxt, we uploaded and downloaded a 3.46 GB video file with a network speed of 190 Mbps. Let’s look at the results. Upload time – 7 Mins 55 seconds Download time – 21 mins 47 seconds As per my observations, the upload speeds were pretty quick. Whereas file downloads were terribly slow. The slow speeds may be due to multiple reasons. For instance, Encryption: They employ strong encryption algorithms while uploading and downloading files. Server Location: Their servers are located in the EU, which is a private and secure location. Sequential Uploads: If you upload multiple files, they are uploaded one by one. This may take up a lot of time as well. Interestingly, Internxt has a file size limit of 40 GB per file, which is pretty good. Overall, if you download large files frequently or download files in bulk, Internxt’s slow download speeds may be quite frustrating for you. Internxt File Preview and Playback Internxt allows you to preview all types of files on its web app, including PDF files, spreadsheets, documents, images, and more. However, there is no built-in viewer for presentations. You can view them in external apps on your device. It also allows smooth playback of music and video files. You can control the playback volume and speed. But for videos larger than 100 MB, the previews load super slowly. Internxt Trash  Files deleted from a cloud storage service are not permanently deleted, but stored in a trash folder. Usually, most cloud storage offers a 30-day trash limit, after which the files stored in the trash are automatically deleted. You can restore or permanently delete the files at any time. Interestingly, Internxt features an unlimited trash folder. So, your deleted files stay there unless manually deleted. It’s important to note that the trash folder is counted under your account’s storage. So, if you ever experience low storage, you can try cleaning the trash to free up space. Internxt Backups Internxt features its desktop app called Internxt Drive for creating backups. You can set automated backups of the entire computer or select specific folders to back up. It also lets you schedule a frequency for backups (every hour/6 hours/every day/manually). However, one thing I found missing was the auto photo backup functionality on its mobile apps. All popular cloud storage services like pCloud, Icedrive, Sync, etc, provide this feature on mobile. Internxt File Sharing Internxt offers two methods of sharing files. You can create public links or restricted links for your files. With a public link, anyone with the link can access your files. You can protect it with a password, though. For secure file sharing, you can use a restricted link. Here, only specific people can access your files. It also lets you assign editor or viewer access while sharing the link. All your shared files and folders can be found on the Shared tab. Overall, the file-sharing options are decent. But I wish they also had features like link expiry, link stats, file requests, etc. Internxt File Syncing When you install the Internxt Drive, it creates a sync folder on your system. Any file you drag into it is automatically synced across all your devices. It also offers selective sync, so you can manually select folders to sync with the cloud. Any changes made to the files in the synced folder are reflected instantly on all devices. However, unlike pCloud, it lacks block-level syncing capabilities. I hope they introduce it in the future. Internxt Devices and Apps Internxt offers well-designed and functional apps for Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, and iOS. All of their apps offer a consistent and pleasing experience. However, their web app seems to be the most convenient and easy to use. Their mobile app is pretty handy and is equipped with useful features like dark mode for reducing eye strain and screen protection for preventing anyone from taking screenshots within the app. Internxt Security Internxt offers multiple security features to ensure your data remains safe with it. Let’s look at them below. 2FA: Two-factor authentication introduces a second factor for verifying your identity to gain access to your online accounts. You can use apps like Authy or Google Authenticator for 2FA. Security Audit: Internxt has been recently audited by Securitum for the 2nd time in August 2025. This audit verified that there were no major security vulnerabilities found on their platform. Open Source Architecture: Internxt is completely open-source, so its code is freely available to the world. This helps maintain transparency and also catch and fix bugs quickly. Zero-Knowledge Encryption: It uses zero-knowledge encryption on all your files by default. They use the AES-256 and Kyber-512 bit encryption algorithm, which is the industry standard. This ensures nobody except you can access your
